Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
PropFlow offers a 14-day free trial on the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to limited functionality. No charges are incurred during the trial period.
2. Subscription Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with PropFlow. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a pro-rata refund for unused months within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if:
- The service has a major problem (e.g., it is substantially unfit for purpose)
- The service fails to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
4. Client Payments (Proposal Payments)
Payments made by your clients through PropFlow proposal pages are processed directly by Stripe into your Stripe account. PropFlow does not hold these funds and cannot issue refunds for client payments. Refunds for client payments must be handled directly between you and your client through Stripe's refund functionality.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@propflow.io with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- The date of the charge
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription, then deleted
- Active proposal links will continue to work for 90 days after cancellation
